All Bros Express pricing is based on an average sized city lot. There may be additional charges for all services for Corner lots or Over-sized lots. If you are unsure, call our office at 705-575-0532 and we will be happy to help you.

Snow Removal Contract, Minimum 5 Month Contract

• Starts at 169.00 per Month: 1-2 Car Driveway, including Front Steps and Walkways (Min. 5 Month Contract)
• Starts at 200.00 per Month: 3-4 Car Driveway, Including Front Steps and Walkways (Min. 5 Month Contract)
• Starts at 239.00 Per Month: 4+ Car Driveway, Including Front Steps and Walkways (Min. 5 Month Contract)

No phone calls necessary, Auto Removal Program Starts at 5cm or 2 Inches.

Book early space is limited.

One-Time Snow Removal Service

• Starting at 45.00 – Up to a 2 Car Driveway, Including Front Steps and Walkways, Additional charges may apply for excessive snow accumulation or Ice build-up.
• Starting at 60.00 – Up to a 4 Car Driveway, Including Front Steps and Walkways. Additional Charges may apply for excessive snow accumulation or Ice build-up.
• Starting at 85.00 = 4+ Car Driveway, Including Front Steps and Walkways. Additional Charges may apply for excessive snow accumulation or Ice build-up.

Lawn Maintenance

• 45.00 Weekly Lawn Maintenance (Min. 5 Month Contract)
• 55.00 Bi-Weekly Lawn Maintenance (Min. 5 Month Contract)
• 65.00 One-Time (There may be additional charges for excessively long grass)

Lawn Edging

Minimum Charge is 50.00 Per Lot. 1.00/linear ft.

Lawn Aeration Service

• Starts at 70.00 – Lawn Aeration, EXTRA CHARGES WILL OCCUR FOR LARGER LOTS.

Bros Express does not rake up aeration plugs, therefore we recommend this service be booked in conjunction with a Power Rake. The Crew will do the Aeration first then the Power Rake second to allow the Power Rake to break up most of the Aeration Plugs.

Power Rake/Spring Clean-Up Services

• Starts at 95.00 – Power Rake (Includes Spring Clean-Up) is a 2-in-1 Service and BILLS OUT HOURLY. An average sized yard will normally take One Hour for this Service depending on how it has been previously maintained.

**Additional charges may apply for over-sided lots or corner lots**

***There may be additional charges for excessive leaves/winter debris or large Flower Beds***

Lawn Fertilization

• 57.00 – Spring Starter – Apr/May 30-0-03
• 57.00 – Intensifier – June/ Mid July 27-0-04
• 57.00 – Summer Beautifier – July/Aug 30-0-03
• 57.00 – Early Fall – Mid Aug/ Mid Sept
• 57.00 – Winterizer – Mid Sept/ End Oct
• 255.00 – Seasonal Package: 5 Applications

Fall Clean-Up Service

• Starting from 85.00 – BILLS OUT HOURLY. INCLUDES FINAL CUT.

Exterior Window Washing

• 99.00 – up to a 2,000 sq ft. Bungalow Only

**Please contact our office for Bungalows over 2,000 sq. ft.**

***Additional charges will apply for homes with excessive amounts of windows***

Siding Power Washing Service

• 149.00 – 1,000 sq ft.
• 189.00 – 2,000 sq ft.
• 259.00 – 3,000 sq ft.

Prices include all four sides of the house washed with soap, windows power washed with glass cleaner (not hand squeegee), plus all walkways and driveways. Extra charges may apply for detached dwellings, detached garages, or homes over 3,000 sq ft.

Eavestrough Cleaning

• 99.00 – Up to a 2,000 sq ft. Bungalow Only.

There may be additional charges for excessively dirty Eaves or plugged downspouts. Please budget services at 99.00/hour.

Garbage Pick-up

• 70.00 – You are required to load Trailer
• 80.00 – Bros Express will load the Trailer

** All Garbage must be bagged with no rips or tears and outside in a pile ready for removal**

*** Scale Fees are included in price up to 600 lbs, overage will be billed accordingly***
